I got a Hollywood wax from Sole beauty and unfortunately the experience was not great. I won't be returning again. I'd like to leave some improvement points rather than negative comments.
Please knock and check if the customer is ready for you to enter. Sometimes some general conversation makes us feel more relaxed. Check in on occasion to ensure the wax is not too hot/burning. All of these points would make a better experience all round.

I was booked for a threading but two minutes before my appointment I get a text saying the lady who does the threading isn’t here. I did waxing instead which was ok as when I got home and saw the result in the light it was really worth it.
