Where do I start.... this place is a severe disappointment. My therapists name was Sabrina. They asked me to come at 1:30 instead of 1 which was fine. I got there and they sat me down in a chair with lukewarm water.. didn’t ask me if I wanted it warmer or colder and just left me to sit there. I waited for the girl who was doing nothing but talking to the other lady manning the desk. By then it was 1:45 and I told her I needed to get going. She sat down and started rushing the entire appointment. She was aggressive with the removal of my polish and made my toe bleed. She didn’t remove all of the polish which normally wouldn’t annoy me. Have to point it out. She hurriedly and ROUGHLY exfoliated my feet, clipped my toe nails but BARELY filed them. Then proceeded to do the nail polish which turned out messy and uneven. Can’t believe I spent money at this place. I’ll be sticking with my regular place from now. They really need to manage their time better and get a better team. Only good thing I have to say is that the lady at the desk was nice.

They were clearly still setting up the place which ruined the ambience & one of the other staff members had to borrow tools a couple of times, which wouldn’t have been an issue except I was having a Hollywood so felt rather exposed.
Suspect it was just teething problems due to the newness of the store & think this is not normal behaviour
