I went for an hour self tailored facial- overall my face felt very cleansed afterwards but in terms of overall relaxation / luxury treatment I wouldn’t recommend this facial. It was supposed to be ‘tailor made’ but there was no discussion on what I would like/ needed. It didn’t last the full hour and 15 mins I had a face mask on, other facials I have received a head massage or my neck / décolletage has been massaged during this time - whereas I could hear the therapist was on her phone.
