This was a fantastic wax. I haven’t been for a treatment in a long time so I was a little nervous but my therapist was very professional and made me feel completely at ease. I was so surprised with the almost painless experience despite the hair growth and the end result was perfect (and within the time allowance). Thank you very much! I will be back

Overall nice, but definitely some things that detracted from the overall experience... The therapist was wearing a loose jumper that was also touching my head/body during the massage and was distracting. I mentioned it multiple times but she didn't do anything about it and the problem continued. The music track that was playing from the iPad also switched off half way through the massage so half was just in silence unexpectedly. Finally, hands are included in whole body massage but not feet.

I'd not had an aromatherapy massage before but I found it a pleasant experience and felt very relaxed afterwards!

I thought Magda was great as a technician, very careful and thorough. However she was having to work with poor product - a surprisingly limited amount of colour options and the nail varnish was watery and the shellac started flaking after just 3 days. Would not go there again even though the technician herself was lovely.
