Very friendly and attentive experience, and skin felt really well cleansed. The application of products was excellent with good pressure to get blood moving. Unfortunately, the experience was not relaxing however. The steamer kept cutting out with lots of beeping, the beautician kept talking to me throughout so I could never switch off and the music was interrupted with ads. In addition, there was no neck massage as advertised (a highlight for me!). It was a functional facial but not relaxing.
