The therapist that did my nails was lovely, very warm and friendly. Nails were really good, my only criticism is that the colour I selected meant that it could have done with an additional coat of colour, as it looks patchy in some places. Only really noticeable when you're looking at them close up.

Excellent service - friendly staff, they always offer your a coffee, repair broken nails etc. Generally tip top.

I have my manicure done every week and book for pedicure every three weeks. I'm glad that I found Livia because she's an excellent professional. Having tried many others in London before, I can say that she offers the best service among all of them! The first time I saw her my nails were bitten. She took care of them patiently and now they look amazing. Thank you Livia!
