Absolutely unacceptable that they changed my booking without calling me then impossible to call them because their number doesn’t work. Went all the way there and didn’t have my treatment. Need to be reimbursed asap

A pleasant enough facial but I don’t like it when I expect, and pay for, a 1 hour facial and it ends up only being about 45 mins. I had a discount voucher so I’m not sure if that’s why it was shorter but still very disappointing.
