My appointment was over 40 minutes late although they did text me so I was aware & the massage was still for an hour. The couch had nowhere to put your face when lying face down so I had to have it twisted to the side. The soft relaxing music stopped playing after 5 minutes & was not played anymore so consequently I could hear what was going on at Reception & upstairs! The massage itself was very relaxing and nice but I wanted it to get rid of some knots in my shoulders which it didn't! Would only pay about £30 to have this treatment again.
