Sole Beauty Victoria and Pimlico have been my go-to in the last few years and their staff are normally very great and friendly! If anyone had a choice of picking their therapists, I would definitely recommend Naima and Monica. Unfortunately, neither of them were available this time and I had Amanda, who showed absolutely no genuine interest in making me feel comfortable at all. She was not energetic nor friendly, her smile was forced and the treatment was not thorough where she would simply leave your down below covered in baby powder so it was a little messy.

Massage was great, very well done.
The only problem was that at one point there was a loud music coming from what I thought was outside but when massage was over I have realised it was coming from reception. Shame as this made my experience less enjoyable.
