Usually really good here so may have been an off day but steam burned me, was left a lot more times than a usual facial, extraction was very sore and has left red marks 3 days on, and discussion about areas of concern was done halfway not at the beginning. Didnt leave feeling relaxed, or soft -skinned, just red and sore. Usually really great though so suspect it was a one off bad facial
