I had an appt but arrived very early (over an hour early) and was hoping they would be able to see me earlier as I had lots to do later that day. They not only accommodated me but we’re very professional in the process. Thank you sole beauty! Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else

I was moved to the Victoria branch last minute, the lady there was extremely brash with me, unwelcoming, wouldn't show me any nail colours I had to tell her of the top of my head what I wanted. Two days later my shellac has started lifting which is terrible.
