- The lady kept texting parallel to doing nails - I really appreciate the thoroughness but it was very long and some of the cuticle bits were missed - I had shellac manicure and pre-paid the treatment. But Treatwell doesn’t include the take-off into that’s price and doesn’t have a separate option to add on a take off either. So I had to pay again at the store £10 for the removal - On a plus side, people working there are super friendly and sweet
