Excellent job with eyebrow and upper lip wax. Disappointed with pressure for massage, I had to keep asking the lady to exert more pressure. Ended up causing more stress instead of being relaxing. Also, room wasn’t the best. We either had to keep the loud heater (which was necessary) or calm/relaxing music. Wasn’t a choice one should have to make.
