Manicure was good but slow. They don't have a palette choice of colours for gel manicure, so that makes it difficult because it's hard to see from the bottle what the colours will look like. The pedicure turned out to be a rush pedicure without proper cuticle cutting. Didn't think the ambience was nice. pedicure chair situation was uncomfortable. Manicure table was also awkwardly placed.

Such a relaxing experience and Ella was fabulous! I could have stayed all afternoon! And obviously my nails look great too :)
