I am not a big fan of leaving bad reviews, however, this was not a great service which deserves to be pointed out!
when I booked the appointment, I intended to have a shellac manicure and pedicure. however, I have been advised upon arrival that this would be express and the staff did not explain what that meant. once I double checked whether this would include a ‘traditional’ mani pedi, the stuff just confirmed that I would solely receive a polish. she neither apologised, nor offered whether I would like this service to be changed. I was very disappointed about her indifference regarding the misunderstanding (she was a sweet person otherwise) and am upset as I will be heading to a destination wedding and did rely on their apparently excellent service. additionally, she seemed very rushed and did not even ask me about the shape of my toe nails. the colour looks nice, however, not receiving a proper manicure and pedicure for this price has very much disappointed me - never again unfortunately!

Wonderful job with my nails -- one of the best manicures I've had! The work was super clean and neat, and three days later the results are still perfect after dishwashing/regular wear. Will visit again!

It was a nice experience. I particularly liked the lady who waxed my eyes brows. She employed different methods and did a nice job
