For the first time really disappointed with my treatment. I’ve been going to the same salon for over 2 years, having Brazilian/Hollywood wax. Always happy with the service but my last experience was very disappointing. My beautician - Kitty, was inexperienced, she left lots of hair and very sore & red bikini area. I had to go to a different salon to finish the job.
