I had to wait a bit for my appointment but the therapist was lovely and very apologetic about it and gave me a nice leg massage to make up for it. The waxing was done very nicely too.

I was left with bruises from my wax. She didn’t wear a mask the whole treatment. She said it was due to sensitive skin but I’ve had hundreds wax before and never had this…. She was very overly friendly- she rubbed my tummy at one stage which made me feel uncomfortable.

Iza is a nice lady and does a good massage but you just don't get what you pay for. My 45 mins massage was 15 minutes. When I flagged it was less than the time I paid for I was told it is not good to do 45 min back neck and shoulder massage - if that is the case then do not advertise it! I was charged for a 45 minute massage and ended up getting a very expensive 15 min massage! Then I was told next time to book a 45 min full body and they will give me an hour - very disrespectful.
