Sadly the nail technician appointed to me lacked experience. She cut my finger with the cuticle scissors and used the coarse side of the nail buff scratching my nails instead of buffing them. The girl in charge took over and was fully competent but spent half the time on the phone trying to fix another problem. Won’t be going back.
