I can’t rate it, because it didn’t happen. First they changed my appointment date, time and location, and when I showed up, having rearranged my schedule to suit the salon, no one was there - the door was locked. I sent a txt to confirm I was at the right place and got no response. I waited on the cold sidewalk for 45 minutes - no one came. When I did finally reach someone they wanted me to wait another 25 minutes- no thanks, my day was already ruined. Very poor service. I won’t be back.

The salon was nice and the staff were very nice but this was the worst wax I've ever had. I had to shave my legs the nice day because huge clumps of hair were left.
