Arrived just before 10am for 10am appointment - technician turned up to open the salon at 10.15 - myself and another customer were waiting outside (cold!) for over 15 mins. The second therapist didn’t show up at all during my manicure, which meant by the time I left, the other customer had been waiting over 40 minutes for her appointment!! Don’t open at 10am if you aren’t ready to provide quality (or any) service by that time! Range of gel colours limited and manicure not v neat. Won’t go again

Nishy was amazing! Best french manicure I have honestly ever had!! She was so friendly and took her time to give me the perfect nails and toenails. I am so happy I will definitely be going back to her regularly from now on! Thank you Nishy :-)

She's very nice and very professional. I arrived 15 minutes late but she started by cutting my cutticles and filing my nails and gave me another appointment to add the colour instead of sending me back home. I'm really happy with the quality of my shellac and how it looks.
