I booked a one-hour treatment but received only 45 minutes. When I addressed this with the beautician, she merely said she had done everything she was supposed to. It was hard to argue because her English was poor. I left my phone number so a manager could call me back but it’s been 1.5 week and no one has contacted me, despite me even following up. If you want to get less than what you paid for, go here. If you’re not ok with that, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
