It was my second facial at this salon but with a different therapist and my experience did not live up to the first. My skin felt nice and clean but I was left with a few blemishes at the surface which weren’t removed. The atmosphere could be improved by soft lighting as you enter the room rather than a bright white light and music playing as you enter rather than switched on during. There was quite a bit of banging and crashing during my facial which was off putting as I couldn’t relax.
