I had two appointments booked with Sole Beauty. One prepaid and the other one wasn't. For the non-prepaid treatment I received a call the day before asking to confirm and I did. The morning after the appointment was cancelled. Went the day after for the prepaid one and they didn't have the colour I usually do available. Gave me a refund straight away but still pretty disappointing. Also, it's the second time they cancel the appointment if you don't pre-pay. Pretty unfair.
