Therapist didn’t seem particularly excited about my appointment, I was rushed out afterwards without my nail polish having dried and as a result it was completely messed up by the time I got home. Also, there weren’t many colour options and even a basic red was not available.

My therapist was very caring offering water as it was very hot. She was swift and gentle with the waxing while talking friendly. Definitely recommend this salon.

The nail technician was excellent, professional and pleasant. However, there was no base coat available, and none could be found. Technician used top coat instead, which was full of debris. The salon and fittings are grubby, shabby and untidy. A smoke alarm went off constantly.
