Nail technician was friendly and positive but i didn't feel confident with her ability. She didn't have great attention to detail, a couple of nails weren't filed smoothly and I had to carefully try and file the sharp bits after the appointment so that they wouldn't catch.i have been to this salon several times and previous technicians have been better. They also don't have a big range of shellac colours so Iwill probably try somewhere else.

Unfortunately I was called twice to reschedule my appointment and the second call was 15 minutes before. In the end a solution was found because I complained.
The treatment has been done while another girl was having a different treatment and was done very quickly without a proper attention to the customer.
The girl was kind, but I found the whole experience very unprofessional and stressful.
