Quick, easy and convenient - good staff and friendly atmosphere. Treatment rooms are underground and are quite small (I am 5ft 10 and couldn't stand up straight!) but other than that, it was a generally positive experience.

The place is quite small but the service and the friendliness of the therapist was excellent. I only had removal so cannot give a review about gel nails, will have them done soon though

It was in a nice hairdressers and everyone was lovely. The salon is downstairs and in a small room, which is fine, although I am quite tall and the ceiling was too low! I was having my underarms done which was fine but not sure how a bikini wax would have worked because there isn't much room to move.
I said I was worried about it being too short and she agreed, but said she would try her best to get most out. Maybe she should have left it because there was quite a lot left. I wish she had waxed it once or twice more, or left it, because now I'll still have to wait 3-4 weeks to have it done again! Not really her fault but I did leave disappointed.

I went for a Hollywood wax. It was awful. They changed my appointment time without phoning me, and the therapist rushed and was rough. The hair wasn't removed properly with patches left. Usually when I go, the therapist will tweeze the odd remaining hairs but she said this would "cause ingrown hairs" which is not true. Would not go again.

Venue is what it is, I#m tall and I can't stand up in this lower ground floor reconverted cellar.
However it was quite clean and the therapist was very flexible and friendly
definitely worth the value
