I was running late for my appointment by 15/20 minutes and they still let me keep my appointment! I had a hot wax high bikini treatment and it's by the far the best wax I ve had yet! Really happy with the job and my skin was far less irritated than previous wax treatments I ve had which was perfect as I went on holiday the next day! Will definitely be going back!

Booked online then was notified to arrive at a later time via emial. The therapist then told me I was late and waxed my legs in 9 minutes as her next client had arrived. Consequently the quality of the job was compromised and I still had to pay full price. I reported this to Treatwell and was told the manager would sort this out and I've since heard nothing.
