I was extremely disappointed by my experience with this salon.
I booked almost 3 weeks ago for eyelash infills at £65.
The afternoon before the appointment I received 3 text messages, one to confirm the appointment at the correct time and then a further two again confirming an appointment but at a different time.
Obviously confused I called to be told that I could not have lash infills there unless the original set had been done there.
I was then told after a period of being put on hold that I could come at the original time but I would be charged for a full set at £110 (not that I would be given extra time for this).
The girl I spoke to (will not mention names) seemed to have no idea about anything. She put me on hold repeatedly only to return giving me more incorrect information that she had to then put me on hold again for to verify.
After it became apparent that they were not going to see me for the treatment booked 3 weeks earlier she thanked ME for cancelling and letting them know!!!!
I have not had worse customer service from anywhere in a long time and would not recommend booking there.
