Everything was perfect, the only small issue was a bit of confusion about the time of the reservation. First I got a mail of confirmation and a few minutes later one saying it was delayed of 15 min.
But being so last minute it was still ok, it wasn't that much of delay and the price and the service was perfect!

I was originally booked in for an appointment at the Victoria salon, but was delayed, so they very kindly moved my appointment (moving someone else back 15 minutes). If that wasn't enough, when I was delayed even further, and they were sadly unable to move the appointment again, they offered to make an appointment for me in the Marylebone salon for 45 minutes later.
The beautician, Mariana, was outstanding; kind and chatty, without being intrusive, and fantastic at her job. Was one of the least painful Hollywood bikini waxes I have ever had. I would recommend her and this group of salons to anyone, for exceptional customer service and great skill!!
Great for the price , The woman was very nice and efficient, I almost felt nothing even for the hollywood bikini wax. As she said she is "the hair killer " :)
But the place is not really clean there is hairs everywhere it seems dirty.

Really friendly staff and great value. Nice salon and good service. I have had issues at previous salons with ingrowing hairs, but have not had issues since using this salon. Would definitely recommend!
Terrible massage. The room was cold and the massage was weak and not a Swedish massage that got through any knots. Came out less relaxed then when I walked in due to being cold and frustrated that it wasn't strong enough even though I asked for a strong massage. Very disappointed.
