Should be more privacy - the private waxing room opens right onto where people are having their hair washed so sitting there in your underwear or less with just a towel isn’t a great experience. But Edna is the best, so friendly and gentle and professional.

Beautician did not turn up to my appointment, contacted the number provided and visited the beautician in person, who said I would be contacted to rectify the situation. This did not happen. Poor service
