Extremely disappointed. There was no receptionist on duty and the nail technicians didn’t acknowledge mine or any other customers arrival. When the time arrived for my appointment, neither nail technician was available. I asked who was going to be doing my appointment as I couldn’t run late, and both staff members said they couldn’t help as I wasn’t booked with them. I had to leave without my treatment, and didn’t get any acknowledgment or apology from the staff.
Won’t be returning.
