Ieva was lovely but a bit brutal... I hadn't waxed since the beginning of lockdown so I understand there was a lot to be done here but she wasn't particularly gentle and it hurt more than it should have. After 2 days I'm still sore, so even though she did an impeccable job of recommend a more gentle application/removal when doing bikini with hot wax
