I decided to look into Sole Beauty after passing by. From the reviews I read, in particular about waxing, I thought I would try them. I was really happy with my treatment. The technicians were welcoming and my wax, as claimed in other reviews, was virtually pain free. The finished result I was very pleased with as my previous place would leave me stubbly but with Sole Beauty my legs were and still are so smooth and I had no missed spots.

I was rushed in and rushed back out in less than 10 minutes. Top layer of my skin was ripped off just under my nose. I won’t be returning.

Honestly worst treatment I have ever received, the customer service is shockingly bad, staff are so rude. Will never go here again, ladies save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. Can't even get a refund as apparently not even the "manager" is authorized.
