The booking was easy, the staff was very nice. However there was still some hair that could have easily been removed, which is of course annoying regarding the price you are paying.
Lovely staff. However, as the place has just opened up and private treatment rooms were still being renovated and everything seemed a bit a like a construction site. Looking forward to seeing it once ready!
There was a mix up with Treatwell and I booked my appointment one day before the opening, so they called me and tried to reschedule but once they heard I would travel the next day, they went above and beyond to accommodate me despite it all - AMAZING customer service.
The wax was great as well, very detailed and quite painless! I would definitely come back.
