The best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had. Ana was amazing! So thorough and meticulous. She didn’t rush and ensured it was painfree and got every last hair. Couldn’t recommend more. I will only be using Ana from now on.

So I arrived on time and the receptionist wasn’t that welcoming. I heard her Say to my therapist, after waiting for 10 minutes “don’t worry take your time, don’t stress”. I then got collected for my treatment 13 minutes late, no apologies. The lady who treated me was very lovely and made me feel really welcome. However, the treatment wasn’t great. I still had lots of blackheads when I went home. On the way out, the receptionist seemed to not care, her customer service skills were really lacking. Again, I can’t fault the personal manner of the lady giving me my treatment. She was absolutely lovely, just the receptionist and treatment itself was disappointing.
