The beautician who waxed my arms did not wax all the hair! She would only put wax where she could “see hair” leaving a lot of patches of baby hairs. This is not how I have ever been waxed, as I’ve been getting my arms waxed for the 15 years! Typical method is to wax the entire surface area of the whole arm. Please work with her to get this fixed.
