Very professional !! I was asked if I was okay and if the temperature was okay throughout my wax which was very considerate and the lady who’s name I think is Zephney? It definitely begins with Z.. was lovely and very thorough, she got every single hair as quickly and painlessly as she could ! Definitely will be back !

Have already left a review about my recent shellac manicure experience I had which was not great, generally a good salon with really friendly staff and always clean/tidy whenever I visit. Could do with a better selection of shellac colours. Prices have gone up by quite a lot recently which is a shame.

My appointment got moved by 15 mins as they were running late, which was fine - but then I had to wait an additional 15 mins once I got to the venue, meaning that all in all I had to wait half an hour, without any apology. Then once my treatment was done, I noticed that my nails had not been shaped correctly - they are really uneven with no clear shape to them (I wasn’t even asked what shape I wanted then in) and not smoothly filed at all. The nail colour has air bubbles in it, is bumpy, and doesn’t feel like it was professionally done. So disappointing as usually I have a good experience here and would previously have recommended to other people. The fact that I was charged £35 for the entire ordeal was disappointing too, the prices have gone up way more - even more than local competitors - but the services have gotten worse. Going to consider trying somewhere else for my next treatment.
