Unfortunately the nail technician called in sick so they tried to cancel my appointment. They were running late when I arrived and two technicians took it in turns to prep and paint my nails. The gel manicure was good and lasted 2 weeks but due to their staff issues the service and experience was poor.

Great wax again, my only wish is that there is a package to include buttocks so I don’t have to pay separately but other than that always a good ambience and professional staff.

I like the salon but found the lady who did my wax a bit hard to understand and it wasn’t the most pain free wax I’ve ever had. The lady who did my lashes did a great job but seemed very grumpy and not at all welcoming.
