Sole Beauty started to disappoint - I had booked manicure and pedicure and due to an "overbooking" I was not attended to until one hour later. One staff member was extremely apologetic and offered me 20% discount due to wait - although I am still yet to see this refund/discount. The first girl who started doing my pedicure, I think it was her first day. Although she was friendly, the treatment was painful - she started grating my foot after the water has dried on it, without applying any cream/gel/scrub. I would think that after having waited for an hour, you would have an experience staff member look after me. Luckily, a while after, the first staff member offered to finish my pedicure and continued with my shellac manicure. At this point it was already too late to save the day. A full refund would have made up for this lost time...
