I had a massage and award it 3 stars. Did not like the fact that my face was massaged with the oil. My face felt very sensitive afterwards. The face massage was not done at the previous MLD session I had.

I felt my manicurist was quite rushed, depsite being very chatty, because she didn't cap my nails or shape them evenly. When I got home I realised that the top coat had flooded the skin around my nail on several fingers, causing the gel to come right off. I also saw lots of bubbles and roughness that I hadn't noticed at the time. Called the salon and they were happy to fix it and when I went back that evening they redid the whole lot. So, while I appreciate having them redone, I did have to spend two and a half hours in the salon that day, just to get the service I originally paid for. I will be back because it's so convenient, just fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.
