Sole was modern and clean salon and the staff were friendly. There was a loud fan in the treatment room to cool it down...although this made for little or no space for the therapist to move around the room during the facial and massage and as it was very very loud. The facial was booked for 45 minutes, although the treatment started 10 mins late but finished on time so I didn't quite get the full 45 minutes I had paid for. The facial was lovely and my skin is still glowing 3 days later.
