The lady who gave me a massage was lovely. First I was put into a wrong room because they mixed up my appointment with a waxing one, and that room was not as clean as I would usually like it. After they moved me into the massage room that was clean and cute. The massage was good and enjoyable.

Love my eyelashes! The girl who did them was very friendly and talked me through the different lengths. I am made up with them and booked in for a refill in 3 weeks.

I had to revisit the venue after my first appointment as I had unfortunately experienced a very high volume of lashes within the first 12 hours of the application. This was initially very disappointing / frustrating due to the loss of time and money, however when I called to speak to the salon, they could not have been nicer and more apologetic/ They immediately offered me the next available appointment to come and have the lashes re-done and I have been happy with the results since, a week later and my lashes look great. Thank you Sole Beauty for such good customer service!
