Had Hollywood wax done yesterday. The lady was so welcoming as I’m not a fan of getting it done! Gave me tips on aftercare. Will definitely be returning

Really friendly staff and a great manicure, my old polish was very stubborn and wouldn’t come off but Chantelle was great, sh persevered and my nails now look great!

The pedi was ... vigorous. Some cuticles actually bled (!) and are still stinging when I shower. I do like this place however staff turnover seems high and I’m concerned how experienced the new members are.
