It’s small and basic but the staff seemed friendly. If you’re expecting a luxurious facial you’ll be disappointed. To manage expectations it’s not a quiet, aromatic room and you won’t get a shoulder or head massage when the face pack is on like you would in luxury spa venues but the lady who gave me my facial was nice and knowledgable, products are okay and my face feels much cleaner and softer. Personally I think the saloon is better suited to nails and waxing. The waxing was expertly done - and quick! It was also great value for money and I would definitely recommend this place for waxing.
