Great service - nail technician was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable with good conversation which made the experience even better. Fewer love songs being played in the background would improve it but

Always a good manicure here but this time the lady doing my nails made me feel awkward and as though I was an inconvenience. She chatted happily to her colleagues but was rude and dismissive when I tried to engage in any form of conversation, only to happily carry on chatting to her colleagues. I couldn’t wait to leave.
