Facial was good but some of the products a little too tingly and minty which is why I can only give 4/5 stars.
Full body Swedish massage was lovely but did not include hands or feet and was a little hard on the shoulder blades. Masseuse did not ask what level of pressure should be applied (soft/medium/hard) like they usually do so I can only give this 4/5 stars too.
Booking through Treatwell meant I didn’t get my 20% discount! Book first treatment directly!

The actual shop is really in bad condition. The bathroom is unclean and there was blocked water in the sink. The towel for drying hands was damp, and I was the first appointment of the day. The actual room had a huge damp stain on it and it felt unclean and dirty. The blankets felt unclean and look shoddy. The actual staff member was lovely. In the treatment room you can hear the music from upstairs blaring which is pretty unsettling. After the treatment they put on a very hard sale to make me buy a set of 5 facials. I really dislike being forced to buy something after just having paid for something! I think it’s probably nice to have your nails done in but not for a facial or massage.

Really didn’t enjoy this, the lady was lovely but the facial was SO abrasive, I felt like my face was repetedly scrubbed with sandpaper and it was burning red when i left.
