Nice staff, didn’t have to wait long, and even fixed my broken nail!

The experience is pretty horrible, probably my worst mani experience. I walked in the shop around 4 pm as I saw they still have availability on that day. However the receptionist said they can only do 5 pm even on treatwell the next available slot is at 4.30. After checking the system, the receptionist said they could do 4.45. I booked 4.45 on treatwell in the store just in case if it wasn’t good I could write my review - I’m really glad I did it. I waited 45 mins in the store and then two staffs showed up, argued around 10 mins about who should do my nail and the receptionist needed to stop them. It’s Friday afternoon I get that, but how inappropriate and unprofessional is that to argue this kind of things in front of your customer! Then a female staff won/lost, and started my worst nail service. Base coat wasn’t applied evenly and two of my nails haven’t even been fully covered. I figured out to her and she said it doesn’t matter. The two layers of colours weren’t applied well either. I can clearly see the boundary of two layers on five or six of my nails as the second layer wasn’t covering my my nails. Besides that, there were enough polish on my cuticles. I was so tired to point these out to her as she already showed her attitude.
Overall a pretty bad experience and I will never come back. Still happy about the colour I chose however.

The salon is great - I liked my lash treatment but they already started coming out the day after. The lashes were pretty soft which made them much more comfortable
