10 minutes after my appointment was due to start the receptionist said they were running 5 minutes late. I pointed out it was already 10 minutes late so did that mean it would be 15 minutes late and she said I’d still get my full hour. Not very impressed. She should have said when I arrived that they were running late and apologised for it and it would have been nice to have been offered a drink and a magazine.
I booked the SB facial which said it included a back, neck and shoulder massage and took 75 mins. It took 55 and there was no massage.
My skin was bright red after the facial and it took several hours to go down.

I paid £80 for eyelashes who were supposed to stay on for 3-4 weeks and they only stayed on for 3 days. The store did not want to give me a refund! Very bad service! I had my eyelashes done many times before and they’ve never been so bad.
