My eyelashes have only been on a few hours so I can’t comment on their longevity yet, but they look great. I feel bad as I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she was so polite and helpful. She gave me loads of tips about aftercare, and it was so chilled out and relaxing while she was applying my lashes that I dosed off and had to apologise for a cheeky snore that popped out halfway through. The only thing I’d suggest is putting some music on in the background, but everything else was great.
If you want a good cleanse of your skin, then this is OK, but it is no way near as good as Dermalogica facials I've had in the past. It was not a relaxing experience, the music kept cutting out and eventually I had the facial done in silence. There was little conversation between the therapist and myself with regards to routine, skin type (as I've had in the past) and the water to wash away each stage was luke warm. Almost each time the therapist left the room, the door was left ajar and I could hear everything outside the room from someone eating crisps to an argument about the massage I had booked with the facial, which I was refunded for. Not a relaxing experience, although my skin looked clearer and glowy by the end.
