2 weeks ago I had an appointment booked and they contacted me a few hours before to say they would have to cancel it as the beautician had called in sick. The next evening appointment they could offer me was 4 days later on Thursday - a long time if your nails have grown out! I went back Wednesday evening for another appointment and they were running 15 minutes late so I was delayed. 2 days later this has now chipped.
